1. Services

ElectraCore provides monthly recurring service plans, consulting, and access to a custom contractor dashboard. By subscribing, you agree to the scope, pricing, and usage limits defined in your selected plan.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dashboard login. Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.

3. Payments & Renewals

All plans auto-renew on a monthly or annual basis unless cancelled. Payment processing is handled securely via Stripe or PayPal.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle. Refunds are provided only in cases of service failure or as specified in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

All templates, documents, and digital deliverables remain the intellectual property of ElectraCore and may not be reproduced or resold.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities. Abuse of our tools or team may result in termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

ElectraCore is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages related to project performance, bidding outcomes, or permit denials.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site or services indicates your acceptance of changes.
